The bidirectional flat compactor is mainly used in compaction operations, especially for compaction operations in narrow tunnels, and can be used for compaction of engineering foundations and asphalt pavement. And it has some characteristics, which are:
(1) Easy to start and smooth operation;
(2) The bottom plate of the flat compactor is made of manganese alloy steel or ductile iron material, which has good wear resistance;
(3) Its surface has been sprayed with plastic, with a magnesium gloss appearance, and it can also prevent rust and corrosion.
The working principle of a bidirectional flat compactor is as follows: the engine in the flat compactor drives the eccentric to generate vibration through the clutch and pulley, and the bottom plate and eccentric are fixed together. To change the direction of vibration, it can be achieved by rotating the eccentric block. Furthermore, to achieve forward vibration, in-place vibration, and backward vibration.
